These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Yince Snacks website (“Website”) and any orders placed with Yince Snacks (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2) Products
We sell made-to-order Nigerian snacks, including (but not limited to) meat pies, fish pies, chicken pies, and chin-chin (“Products”). Product photos are for illustration; because our items are handmade, size/shape/appearance may vary slightly.
3) Ordering

Orders can be placed through the Website and/or via any contact methods shown on the Website (e.g., WhatsApp/contact form).

Please check all details before submitting your order, including quantity, delivery address, and contact number.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it (for example due to capacity limits, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud). If you have already paid and we cancel, we will refund you.
4) Prices and payment (important)

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made before your order is confirmed.

Your order is only accepted/confirmed once we have received payment and have confirmed your order with you.

Bank transfer (on request only): if you request to pay by bank transfer, we will provide bank details and your order will only be confirmed once cleared funds are received.
5) Made-to-order preparation times
All Products are made fresh to order. Preparation time varies depending on order size and current demand. We will confirm your expected fulfilment/delivery time after your order is placed and payment is received.

Our delivery terms form part of these Terms.

£10 flat fee per order for UK delivery outside Manchester
Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, courier delays, weather).
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing delivery details, lack of access, or the recipient being unavailable, you may need to pay an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
7) Collection (if offered)
If collection is offered, it will be by arrangement from a location communicated to you. You must collect at the agreed time. If you are late, we cannot guarantee the Product will remain at its best quality.
8) Allergies and dietary information (important)
Our kitchen may handle allergens such as wheat/gluten, eggs, milk/dairy, fish, and spices, and there is a risk of cross-contamination.
It is your responsibility to:

9) Cancellations, refunds and issues
Because our Products are perishable and made to order, refunds/returns are handled as follows:

Once preparation/baking has started, we may be unable to cancel or make changes.
Problems with your order
We will offer a refund or replacement (as appropriate) if:

To help us resolve issues quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/collection with:

Clear photos where relevant.

Issues caused by failure to store/reheat items properly after delivery/collection
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10) Food quality, storage and reheating
We aim to deliver fresh Products in good condition. Once received, proper storage and reheating are your responsibility. Reheating guidance can be provided on request.
11) Website use
You agree not to misuse the Website. You must not:

Attempt unauthorised access to the Website or systems

Introduce viruses or harmful material

Use the Website for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or restrict access if we suspect misuse.
12) Intellectual property
All Website content (text, images, branding, logos) belongs to Yince Snacks or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written consent.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

We do our best to provide a reliable Website and high-quality Products. However:
