Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Yince Snacks)

Effective date: 8 March 2026

Yince Snacks (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides made-to-order Nigerian snacks, freshly prepared after you place an order. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery options, costs, and timelines.

1) Made-to-order service

All items are prepared fresh based on your order. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on order volume and baking schedules.

2) Delivery areas

We deliver within:

  • Manchester and surrounding areas (local delivery/collection options may apply)

  • Anywhere in the UK (nationwide delivery)

3) Delivery fees
  • Manchester (local): Free

  • Anywhere in the UK outside Manchester: £10

If you are outside Manchester, the delivery charge is a flat £10 per order (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

4) Delivery timeframes
  • Local (Manchester): Typically [same day / next day / 1–2 days] depending on availability.

  • Nationwide (UK outside Manchester): Typically dispatched within [1–3 working days] after baking, then delivered according to the courier’s service time.

We will confirm your expected delivery date/time after you place your order.

5) Dispatch & tracking (if applicable)

Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6) Collection option (if offered)

Collection may be available from Bolton by arrangement. We will confirm the collection time once the order is ready.

7) Delivery instructions

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If you have special delivery instructions (gate code, safe place, preferred time), include them at checkout or message us when placing your order.

8) Failed deliveries / incorrect addresses

If an order is returned or delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or missing delivery details, you may need to pay an additional delivery fee to resend the order.

9) Cancellations & changes

Because items are made to order:

  • You can request changes or cancellations within [X hours] of placing the order.

  • Once baking/preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

10) Food safety note

We package items carefully to maintain freshness. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery is left unattended, we cannot take responsibility for quality changes due to temperature or storage conditions.
